Some suppliers offer contracts where you purchase a percentage of wind power, regardless of the dynamic tariff. This guarantees that your electricity largely comes from wind farms, but offers less financial benefit than a fully dynamic contract.

• High wind speed (>10 m/s): large turbines run at peak capacity, oversupply in the grid
• Night-time hours (22:00–07:00): low consumption, wind keeps blowing

• Negative tariff moments: high renewable supply + low consumption = price below zero
